Big providers treat people like case numbers. We don't. Our team is built around continuity — the same carers, the same coordinators, every week — so the people we look after feel known.
Let Us Care began as a small family-run service in Australia. After watching loved ones cycle through agencies — different faces every visit, missed medications, rushed showers — our founders decided to build something different.
Today we support hundreds of clients across the country. We've stayed deliberately small enough that our directors still know every client by name, and we still get a hand-written card or two each Christmas.
Our model is simple: hire kind, capable people, pay them fairly, give them time to do the job properly, and let them stay with the same clients long enough to become part of the family.
Four principles we keep coming back to.
The person comes before the task.
Same faces, week after week.
Plain English, plain pricing, no surprises.
Well-supported staff give better care.
We hold ourselves to the highest Australian standards.
